Hi, I’m Diana Rossoni. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing online therapy in New York and New Jersey.

I provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapy, and I specialize in working with Asian American adults and children of immigrants navigating unresolved trauma, including attachment wounds, intergenerational trauma, and sexual abuse.

As a second-generation Asian American, native New Yorker, and New Jersey transplant, I understand how cultural values, family expectations, and unspoken dynamics can shape how you see yourself and relate to others.

Working on yourself can be hard. It can feel unfamiliar and at times uncomfortable especially when you’ve been taught to prioritize others, minimize your needs, or push through. The good news is that change requires just one thing: a curiosity for whether things can be better.

As your therapist, we will work collaboratively toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. My work is grounded in relational and trauma-informed approaches, integrating Mindfulness, Attachment Based Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I often help clients explore how early dynamics shaped their attachment patterns and how cultural expectations impact boundaries, identity, and relationships. Clients often come to me looking for a therapist who is thoughtful, culturally aware, nonjudgmental, and engaged. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to over-explain your experiences and where meaningful change can happen.

I work with clients across:

  • New York (NYC, Brooklyn, Queens)

  • New Jersey (Jersey City, Hoboken, Morristown, surrounding areas)

Sessions are offered via secure online therapy, making it accessible wherever you are.
